I went to the branch to pay my account, I did the payment via my debit card then got sms notification that that amount was paid to Mr Price then at that point Lebogang who was assisting me informed me that I did not apear on their side as per the slip it was showing R00.00 amount paid, I showed her the sms and she said it will be reversed back to my account. She then told me to swipe again and I asked what if the same happends then what? She called her manager Llyod to come and assist and she went not far from her till and started folding clothes, after some minutes Llyod came and she told him and even said but the money will be reversed, at that point Llyod left and she on the other hand went back to continue folding clothes. I was standing there, I didn't know wherether to leave or stay there. I called her and asked what I should do as she's not saying, she called Llyod again. And this time I was beggining to be irritated, he checked her sale list a told me my payment did not go through and kept quite, I then asked him what I must do. He said go get bank statement and come back. Now I have to waist my time and money becuase someone did not do their job. Lack customer service.
