On Sunday 29 December 2013 I went to Spar Birch Acres Mall hoping to get readily prepare meal, I asked a lady by the Name of Martha the flavour of chakalaka if it was hot or not? to my surprise the lady instead of giving me an answer, she asked me if I was stupid or what? don't I know the chakalaka is always hot? as she walk away from me. I then decided to lay a complain with one of the Manager by the name of Tony, even in front of Tony she continued with her attitude, screaming towards me and her manager showing on respect of what so ever! as for the GOOD customer service you always preach good luck. I had many pleasant experiences from this store as a regular, but after this! I have to consider unless rotten potatoes like Martha are removed from the good ones.
