False advertising

I went to one of the PEP stores in Birch Acres Mall Tembisa last Friday 30/05/2013 to buy a Samsung Phusa FM cellphone that was advertised on national television for R139.00 coming together with a free beanie and gloves but I did not get all that I was paying for. I ongly got a phone and when I asked about the free gift they told me that they are out of stock, I then told then to make a rain check, but they said there is nothing they can do. I left the store as it was in the morning and there was some other things that I had schuduled for the day.
