My dishwasher is still under guarantee and went faulty. I reported it 27/09 - say a technician will come back to me. I need to report it again 01/10/2013 and again 14/10/2013 and again 17/10/2013. Till this minute no - one came back to me - telling when a technician can come out to have a look at it. I run a guest house and need the machine urgently - I think it is total unacceptable and very bad service from Kelvinater.
