Genuine leather gets replaced with vinyl

We were contacted by a sales representative from this store to offer us an opportunity to purchase. I accepted the invitation and went to the store to see them. I showed them the product I was interested in on one of their advertisement leaflets. The saleslady then informed me that the product has been discontinued. That was not the case I later realized. I then purchased the Dominique Lounge suite which I was assured was genuine leather (uppers ony). With delivery I noticed that it had a repair mark on it, which means it was repackaged and sold as a new item. A few months later the "genuine leather" started peeling. I complained to the store and after the festive season the suite was collected to be repaired. After 6 weeks they brought it back, having reupholstered it. I immediately noticed that the stitching was horrid and the leather was replaced with vinyl, my one couch also wobbles. I contacted the store with the delivery men still here and asked them to help. The store informed me that they would contact the lady who did the work and have her contact me directly. She did so after 3 days and admitted that she MIGHT have used vinyl. 3 Weeks later, still waiting.
