Thank you for your generic reply to my complaint I posted on Tuesday 14 May 2013. Just to let you know I am still patiently waiting for a representative from TFG Customer Services to contacted me. It has now been 5 working days with no contact, so it would be greatly appreciated if someone at TFG contacts me... I am not been unreasonable but how long must I wait!
