After posting a complaint on the 2nd of April 2013 about The Foschini Group being uninterested to deal with complaints I STILL do not have a response apart from a letter acknowledging my post and an empty promise that I will be contacted in this regard? THUS I am now convinced that The Foschini Group completely disregards me as a customer and have no intension in retaining me as one.
