I went to a OK Funiture in Hartswater I wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner as I need one I emailed my paper work to the branch (Smile are the person name) Firste I hade to call him the next day to ask if he received my paperwork as he told me sorry did not read my email jet (A DAY LATER) after that he called me sorry we can only use our email in house why give it to me the first pales his email adress are [Email Removed] 0733835599 name Smile>I want this store to be called by H/O and they need to ex-plane me they call sales and service... as I will go to the Burger for poor poor service
