Lack of Training and Poor Management

I lost my cash card, and have been saving my points for when they have Estee Lauder gifts. About 2 months ago I went to Walmer to get a new card. I stood in the line for more than a half an hour (standing 4th) 3 people in front of me decided to leave and I was first and in line. Waited another 10 or so minutes while the there is no chairs or aircon for customers. I eventually asked someone hy is this taken so long and they actually laughed in my face, ignoring me. I asked them to call the manager and they ignored me. I asked someone else to call the manager and this lady came in and appologized. I told her I need a new card and she said no problem. I paid for my stuff and I asked her is this card now linked to my old card and she told me that there is a problem the new card is not activated and I must not worry she will personally sort it out. She gave me my card and everytime I use my card they tell me my card is still not activated. I phoned Walmer and spoke to Cloe and she told me that she will sort it out for me. Liezel at Greenacres promised to sort it out before 12:00 which she did not. I had to phone her this morning to remind her again. I've been back 4/5 times.
