Poor service - No reply after 3 weeks

After realy trying every option to get my querie sorted, I was told to email [Email Removed]
I emailed them and got to speak to Yolanda Gaehler, she replied on my email once where she asked for my ID no, and that was it! Absolutely nothing after that.

It's now been 3 weeks and I have emailed, called, left messages and still had no reply.

First of all, why is it Care @fnb if they don't care at all!?
Secondly why is there an email address if they don't even respond or help?

Poor poor poor!
