Unacceptable service/repairs FEEDBACK

I have a 2 yr old Baby Dyson Vacuum cleaner which I bought from Hirsch - I was told by the sales lady that should there be a problem the Dyson people would come to my home to sort out the problem. For the past 3 weeks I have tried to get someone at Dyson, Creative Housewares & Vacuum Cleaner House to help me with the problem via email, have sent two photos also querying the house call plus price of repair BUT TODATE NOBODY HAS HAD THE COURTESY TO REPLY. You think they would inquire if it is operating, especially considering what they cost

This is the last Dyson product I buy.
