VERY Poor Service

I bought and paid for a treadmill at Game Cape Gate on 15.10.2013. Arrangements were made to deliver it on 16.10.2013, after six pm. It was mentioned Numerous times that it must be an after hours delivery. They said its not a problem. Now the delivery people phone me at 13:00pm and say they are standing at my home and want to deliver now. I explained I am not home I arranged for delivery after six because I am at work they must come back. Although the delivery guy is friendly he just said no sorry there is no way then they will deliver on 17.10.2013. He cant help if the sales person didn't communicate to the delivery people about after hours delivery. But it was stated more than 4 times that please deliver after six. This is very poor service I paid for the treadmill and the delivery. WHY CANT THE STORE PEOPLE COMMINICATE??? I am furious. They guaranteed afterhours delivery on 16.10.2013. Now I have to wait another day and rearrange my life because of incompetence!!! BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD service
