I ordered goods over the internet from [URL Removed] on 22 December 2013 and paid R107.83 for express delivery. On 27 December 2013, after receiving no response or delivery from them, I sent them an urgent e-mail complaining about the failure to deliver. To date (30 December) they have simply failed and/or refused to respond or deliver my goods. I think its criminal to charge people for express delivery of goods if you have no intention of making the delivery.
