I purchased a chair and the delivery was scheduled for monday 22/04/2013. First of all they charged me the insane amount of R445 delivery fee to deliver my chair a distance of 12km. I paid it cash with a smile and could not wait to have my chair home. They did not deliver as agreed and did not even phone to say when they will deliver. I would have thought for the delivery amount I paid for such a short distance - they would atleast deliver OR contact to say they are not going to. I waited like an. Very upset!
