I wrote a report last week and got a response stating I would be contacted about my problem and to this day still have not been contacted and my poor child has still not got a bed??? What more do I need to do to get my problem resolved!!! this was the report last week.-----
I ordered a wooden car shaped bed for my son and have paid the deposit and they said at the shop they had plenty stock and I would have my bed in 2 weeks, Monday morning I got a call from head office telling me now I will have to wait for stock to arrive on the 18th of October and then another 2 weeks for delivery. I informed the lady from head office that they told me they had plenty stock and with that I have sold my son's current bed expecting to get the new bed this week! The lady said she will see what she can do and will call me back shortly... still waiting for the phone call (4 days later). Now my son has to sleep on the floor on a foam matteres as he has no bed to sleep on as I have sold his current bed and the people are fetching it this afternoon. I am really not happy.
