CNA not responding and sorting out order Part 6

Well now on part 6 and about 2 weeks have passed since my last report and CNA were quick to respond to me via email.
After a few emails from CNA they have not stopped responding after I asked if they will be ordering a new unit or if they will offer me a discount of the same value on another product.

I no longer need to order this item from CNA anymore.
