Insurance claim rejected
I have been a customer of Russells since early last year and i took my fridge on credit using my on-going contract of which they gave me credit. I have been paying my monthly installments and suddenly my work contract was terminated due to unforeseen circumstances. I did an insurance claim two weeks and yesterday 22/04/2013 i received a text message saying my claim was rejected because it was NOT an early termination of work contract - ( which i need clarity on that). When i went to the shop, someone from the insurance department said just because it was a CONTRACT they are not going to pay. If initially Russells gave me credit whilst i was on a contract job why then should they refuse to pay. I never skipped my payments and i have been paying insurance. Whoever is responsible at Russells I need answers because that's day light and unfair treatment of customers.
