Garbage response from Edgars over account closure

This is the following response I received from Edgars. My name is Miss Louise Batty NOT Mrs Botha. Secondly there is no apology, no recompense, no thought to the cost involved for me to open another account eg travel to town, bank statement fees, my time. This is the assistance I get for your systems failure!! Or assurance this problem will not happen again! Not Impressed Fatima.

Dear Mrs Botha

Please be advised that I have also checked the on the system using the given details and found no joy. We had a system update where many accounts were removed systematically and as they were not active, and customer's account was also removed. The customer is to open a new account as the old one is not n file anymore. Should the customer query the new limit then well transfer the old limit to new account.
