I went to the till to pay for less than 10 items and was verbally attacked by the cashier. She told me that I should not have come to her till as she was ready to knock off. There was no sign to indicate that the till was closed and I made her aware of this; she, however, told me that I saw there were no customers at her till and I must not go to a till with no customers. She caused a scene in front of other customers and it was embarassing to experience this from someone who was, in no way, provoked. I hope she goes for customer service training soon.
