Pathetic attitude & refusing to give a refund

I'm angry & in disbelief. After supporting YDE for 5yrs I was treated like a. I bought a dress for my 21st there, 2010 got one by Pari and Max still has a tag on cos I'm saving it for a great event. Recently i got a dress for a wedding. My car broke down on Fri & I couldn't attend the wedding, decided to take it since I wouldn't wear it & needed cash for the car. Told the security lady I came for a refund she remarked rudely. "why are u returning our stuff', I told her it was for a wedding before I could finish up she shouted to her co-worker 'oh so u wore it to there now u are bringing it back, take it out let's see' & they laughed. I was so shocked, she said there's make up on the inside so it's been worn they won't take it. She looked for Neo, they were in a room for a while. He came to me & said the dress has been worn & he won't take it. I just couldn't believe such bad treatment. I told him it's been fitted so many times not only by me so make up is bound to smear. He was rude so I left unsatisfied. All is in the original form, I simply ask that someone contact me about this asap or I'll take it to the consumer protector. It's sad that designers will lose support cos of bad service
