I VISITED THE EDGARS ON FRIDAY WITH THE INTENTION OF PURCHASING A YARDLEY PRODUCT. WHEN I GOT INTO THE STORE THERE WAS NO CONSULTANT AT THE YARDLEY COUNTER. THE STAFF WHERE HAVING A MEETING. HOW CAN U HAVE A MEETING WHEN THE STORE IS OPEN? I THEN APPROACHED A OPAL CONSULTANT AS WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE MANAGER. WHEN I WENT THERE ANOTHER LADY DID ASSIST ME AND SHE WAS TOLD TO ASK 'PHUMLA' TO GO SEE THE MANAGER. WHEN I WENT TO THE REVLON COUNTER THE OPAL CONSULTANT 'PHUMLA' HAD THE CHEEK TO TALK ABOUT ME INFRONT OF ME. I FIND THAT SO UNPROFESSIONAL. HER ATTITUDE!!! THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT MY COLLEAGUES AND I HAD HAD BAD SERVICE AT THIS STORE. HAVING THE STORES CONSULTANTS ALL DOLLED UP SHOULD NOT BE THE MAIN AIM BUT THEIR ATTITUDE NEEDS TO BE ADJUESTED.

I MUST COMPLIMENT AN INDIAN AND INTERN SALES LADY WHO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ASSIST ME.
