I walked in to Foschini on Friday the 09th of August with my sister for trial of black opal as i recommended it to her. however we were told the product is out of stock of the testers if ever we want to test we should go to Edgars to test which shade/colour will be suitable and come back since she cannot open another container just because we want to test. i was told Clearwater Foschini is one of the bigger branches but surprising we were told to go to their competitors to receive the service that she couldn't give us. For a bigger shop like Foschini to be turned just because the branch does not want to open testers, question that should be asked why the stand is still opening if they don't have product that can assist the customers. Or this was one of the BAD ATTITUDE, consultant have by first rating the customers and undermine them
