On the 05/08/13 I shopped around for a cellphone upgrade that was due to me. After looking around the Pavillion shopping center, the best deal that I found was at the CNA. Melessa a CNA staff member sold an upgrade to me under the pretense that I would receive the Loyalty points on my Edgars account to the value of the upgrade (R9 800).
After numerous phone calls and visits, I have yet to receive any feedback or points. The point of this complaint is to warn others about this.
