We chose to upgrade our existing cellphone contract through Edgars. At upgrade time we were promised that the value points would be added to our thank u card every month. 3 months ago i had to lodge a complaint, where as they initially tried to get out of it by saying it is only on new contracts, however that I was not made aware of at upgrade stage and lady promised that the points would be loaded to my card monthly.
Last week I purchased shoes for my wife at Luella and I saw these points were never allocated as promised. Why not? How come big companies can make promises and not fullfill them and get away with it? If I owed them money they would add interest and hunt me untill death but they on the other-hand, can lie, make false statements and not pay?
I don't want to speak to anyone who will just again, load all the points since upgrade with interest as promised or I will have to go wider and get an article published in all the major news-papers.
