I see a couple of people have been taken in by the false advertising of the 2.5" External hard drive for R899 that actually ended up being 3.5". Even though I can appreciate that this was an unintentional error on the companies' part, they need to make a bit more of an effort than the copy & pasting of a response to all the different complaints.
I had a foot operation last week, but didn't want to miss the deal, so I had to pay for someone to drive me there. Furthermore, the traffic was rather terrible and it took us quite a while. Just to get there and have staff imply that I was an for thinking the deal was real.
No attempt to appease the situation. I was merely told that it was a mistake, with a shrug.
I personally feel that this is unacceptable. I look forward to hearing from you, Incredible Connection.
