On Friday I bought an MP3 and headphones, but struggled to tune into the radio on the MP3. When I called to ask for help, Mark said he would look into the matter and call back. He did, and talked me through the process. When that didn't produce the desired results, I had to go back to the store for a demonstration. As it turned out, the device was faulty, but Mark handled the demo and exchange process so well that I didn't feel the least bit inconvenienced. He was professional, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable - everything I expect from a sales person but very rarely find in South Africa. I believe he would make an excellent manager. WELL DONE MARK!
