On the 22nd of January i bought a New Nissan Micra from Mark white Nissan. Within a week of driving it the clutch started making a sound which made me rather uncomfortable so i called in and Gavin said i should bring it in to be checked out. When i brought the car in he agreed that it shouldn't make such a sound especially given that its a new car. I left the car that morning and when i returned to collect the car the sound was still there so Gavin said i should leave it. After a week i went to collect the car but it was worse than before. I returned the car the following Monday and ensured i informed the dealer principal (Mark White) and he assured me it would be fixed. Last week Friday i went to collect the car but from the moment i drove it i could tell the problem was still there. Gavin agreed that the clutch is faulty and i asked him to call Mark White (Dealer principal) who was too busy to see me and said i should just drive it in for a bit but NOTHING has changed. I AM FED UP WITH THIS AS I BOUGHT A NEW CAR TO ENSURE MYSELF PEACE OF MIND AND I HAVE LOST FAITH IN THE MECHANICS AT MWN. I want a car that functions like new as that is what i bought and i won't settle for less!
