Good day,

I would like to compliment one of your staff members on EXCELLENT service in fact the best over the phone service I have experienced in my whole life.

This morning I contacted the Edgars Fashion line and was assisted by Eldon Stighling.

I needed to find a size 8 shoe in a specific brand. I had phoned all the branches in Durban and no one had the size nor did they check if they could find it in any other store.

Eldon took down my details and well as that of the item I was looking for.

He said he would phone me back and he DID! He had tracked down the shoes and it will be delivered to the closest Edgars Active nearest to my workplace so I can collect it during my lunch break.

He assisted me with the utmost of professionalism. He had good mannerism skills over the phone and was extremely polite and helpful.

I would like to applaud him on his efforts. I am extremely impressed.
