On 25/01/2013 i've bought building blocks in a specific measurement and gave the salesman the exact dimensions of the blocks the cashier incorrectly charged for the wrong size block. I took in good faith the correct item was charged for and left the store. Only on delivery did i notice the blocks were of the incorrect size and i went to the store to arrange for the correct blocks to be delivered. I must say that the staff who assisted were more than helpfull and for them the obvious was that their colleague made a mistake and that the correct blocks will be delivered when they make the pickup. This was not be as the owner was adamant that i was to blame for not checking my slip, which i concede but i did not make the mistake. The unfortunate part of this incident is that the salesman now is going to pay the delivery fee and probably the refund difference (R75 plus R37). I am an avid DIY person and 90% of the time buy material from them needless to say from this experience i will never set foot in that store again.
