I wanted a pair of Jeep shorts that are currently on sale at ODW. When calling to see if they have stock of the size I am looking for, Talana immediately checked. There was no stock of the size. She then took my details and within 10 minutes of my call, she called back to say she can specifically order the size I require from another store and will inform me as soon as it has arrived. The major challenge I had was I was not truly sure of the size as I only had the cm's I required. She quickly responded that it would make it easier for her to source and would ensure the 100% correct size of the product I wanted!
She then called back a second time to confirm my request, double check the size and re-affirm that she would source the shorts from another branch or Jeep directly!
What a fantastic, energetic and passionate asset Talana is to ODW! This is my first experience and I can assure you after this wonderful service it will not be the last!
