Trying to pay, I came face to face with Maggie, telling me my Foschini'scard does not work, I enquired further, she responds that "as a matter of fact, it is da seestem it is offline". I offer to pay cash, she accepts. I pay, she responds, "Sorry no change". I enquire further why I can't get my R11.50 change. Yelling and laughing starts to break out across the floor to her fellow colleagues in a language I do not understand.
The Manager approached with an even worse attitude, advising that she does not need my attitude or business. Me and my mother in law were flabbergasted and left the shop without our change.
This is utterly disgusting and intimidating service, Donna-Claire and Foschini's will have some losses by means of" word of mouth".
