The story is too long for such small space but the final phase of it all is that We had to drive 800km return to pick up 2 taps in CTM mosselbay because CTM PE did not do the least effort to obtain them for us. We are renovating our 2 bathrooms and so far have already spend over R40 000 at CTM PE. We are not talking about R20.00 taps NO total cost of the 2 taps is R3200.00 plus fittings. They wasted our time by saying a container was coming in, but 4 days later we found out ; NO TAPS! We had to insist them phoning to other CTM's before they would, mosselbay eventually had but CTM PE did not make any effort to get them to PE. However they insisted we pay PE and then they would tell Mosselbay CTM to keep them for us. This type of service for such a large company is totally unacceptable! SHAME ON YOU CTM PE!!!
