I bought an car from Mr Basson in Noveber 2011 The cars vin number is wrong on the reg papers, the fan switch and central locking is faulty. I have since i bought the car replace an airflow metre and a radiator. Because of the problem with the vin number i can`t order a spare key for the car from mercedes. Before i can rectify the problem i now need to data dot the car and take it for engine clearance, all at my expense as Mr Basson feels its not his problem. The dealer principle said it is not mosselbay toyoya`s problem as mr basson bought the the car from them and sold it to me. I have papers showing that the car was owned by mosselbay toyota. i went to see the car and Mr Basson at Mosselbay toyota and he gave me a bussiness card of mosselbay toyota. He is selling cars under false pretenses. I feel that Mr Basson should come to the party with the cost of all the repairs (He had the car for 2 days to service the car that was serviced just after i bought itas compensation. The fan switch and central locking faulty could not be found by them.
