I bought taps from Bathroom Bizarre on 22 June 2013 and also paid the full amount the same day. They promised me that it would be delivered 26 June. I phoned to confirm but no taps were available. They then promised Friday 28 Jun. still no taps. I phoned the customer line at 0861 555 000. Spoke to Lizelle who is suppose to handle customer complaints. She promised to phone me back, but did not. I then spoke to Angela and she confirmed that all taps will be delivered Monday 1 July. At 15h00 I phoned again as I heard nothing from them. Again they promised that somebody will phone me. I phoned again and apparently there is no senior managers or directors available to talk to as they have all gone home already at 15h45. The staff at helpline is as unwilling to help and they sound like death warmed up.
