Appalling accommodation and facilities

I booked 2 x 8 sleeper cottages at Sea and Sky resort through the call centre for the 26-28 July 2013. We were allocated units 3 and 4. There were 2 bathrooms in each of the units but the bathrooms in both units were in such a shocking state. The pressure was so low in the taps that there was no hot water coming through. The bathrooms in both the units were so small that if you bent in the shower you would turn off the taps. Bathrooms looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Furthermore, we were allocated rooms adjacent to the cleaners rooms which resulted in us being subjected to loud conversations early in the morning and throughout the day.
Marcus Nathanson paid us a visit on the morning of the 27th to try and sell us more points. All of this was brought to his attention and he acknowledged that it was not satisfactory and promised that he would look into getting us better accommodation and get back to us which he didn't. I called him on the day we checked out to inform him of our dissatisfaction with the service we received and he promised to contact Holiday Club and get back to me with point credits. I am still waiting for his call.
