I ordered a filter for my Genesis hydrovac extreme a week ago, they assured me it would be here by Wednesday. I didn't receive any phone call so I figured it would be here by now. But when I send someone to get the filters for me the lady said they are still out of stock and the factory are also out of stock, now I am wondering how difficult it is to sew a sponge??? I have bought this very expensive machine and are unable to use it.
