No spares Hydrovac Extreme

Bought the machine in Jan this year. Ordered a filter on 25 July from Vaal Mall branch Vanderbijlpark. No response after numerous phone calls and visits. On 4 September visited the branch again, Innocentia informed me that the filter was never ordered by the employee who handled the order and that the specific employee was transferred to Tree Rivers due to poor service. But no need to worry she (Innocentia) will order the filter and we will have it within two weeks. Every time we visit or phone the branch they just tell me that head office have no stock. If you did not receive an sms or phone call don'bother then the branch don't have the spare.

So from July am sitting with a red elephant collecting dust in my pantry. I tried phoning 0860 005 005 on several occasions with no success. To be honest I don't think the number exists. Engaged all the time, or the subscriber is unavailable at present. I thought of buying the used filter of the branches demo machine. When we opened it it was, I assume there is more people struggling to get spares.
