I am so happy I can burst

They say South Africa is a moaning country and we don't give credit where its due, so I would like to start a new trend of giving praise where it is thoroughly deserved. I have always had good service from [URL Removed] but this time they were beyond excellent. My husband bought me the Gobii-which I loved- however 6 months later I started having trouble charging it. I emailed their care-centre and the next morning when I checked my email they had replied. Redoor Williams kept me in the loop the whole entire time and they fetched, assessed and fixed the error with my e-book reader and returned it back to me in just two week without charging me a cent. I am so impressed by their customer service. May their business grow from strength to strength.
