Wrong price and disgusting service from manage

I would like to inform you of the disgusting service I received at your PNP Hyper Ottery branch last night. I wanted to purchase a bicycle for R799 and it scanned R1199 at the till. I informed the cashier and they went to go check. The manager, Eugene, was called and he was extremely unpleasant with us. We informed him of the issue and he was very unfriendly and rude about it. The price ticket only says PBK 26" mountain bike for R799. No where does it say for which 26" bicycle it was. So I insisted we get the bicycles for the price it says on the ticket. Eugene very rudely told us he will not give it to us for that price. Nowhere does it say that the bicycle we took is R1199. There was no ticket anywhere of a R1199 price. While we were talking to Eugene, he didn't even bother to stand still and talk to us. He walked around and insisted he will not give us the bicycle for R799. I told him that I will inform the Consumer Protection Act and he blatantly told us in front of his staff and all the other customers that he doesn't care if we do. For a manager of such a large store he has very poor skills in customer related issues. I want the bike for R799! I took pictures of the price.
