The manager needs to show respect towards a customer, be understanding and be able to explain the customer if sale items is incorrectly displayed that he will be able to assist rather than talk in a improper manner by being defensive and saying you must read properly. when he escorted me to the display stand i showed him the product was even mixed and not even separated. all that he could have said to me was sorry for the misunderstanding however the item you purchased is not on sale, instead he ignores me and walk away. this is dis-respective and poor management
