On the 3rd of September I registered online for the Edgars internet access (in order to view my account balance online etc). Unlike most online registrations, it was not immediate registration, but rather a message similar to "Thank you for registering. Someone will get back to you once it is processed". Days went by, and I forgot about it (I actually wanted to check my balance that day. Obviously could not). Now, exactly 1 MONTH and 7 DAYS LATER, I get an email stating "Welcome to [URL Removed] your registration was successfully processed on 03 September 2013 at 11 36 20 and you can now enjoy all the benefits that [URL Removed] has to offer". I clicked reply to ask why it took so long, and it comes back as undeliverable. Come on Edgars... Seriously? 1 month and 7 days? I can absolutely guarantee you that you guys would be on my case immediately if I was even 1 day late with my account payment. And for that reason alone, I am posting this on HelloPeter... Please jack up your service or lose me as a customer. If you are going to give an internet offering, make sure it is convenient FOR THE CUSTOMER, or don't bother offering it in the first place.
