I bought a bed and space saver set from SLEEP KING on the 4th of January 2012, Today i went to the store because the Pillow Top bed i purchased has begun to sink in the middle and i thought because i knew it has a 15 year warranty on it! When i reached the Store, firstly the customer service at this branch was absolutely pathetic!!! they have no way of speaking to clients, secondly they did not want to fax My receipt to the supplier for a warrant assessment because they did not recognize the name of my bed and said " we don't want to make ourselves like fools" All i wanted was a warranty assessment to be done on the bed but the two ladies there assured me that because it is 1 year after my purchase i would have to pay cash to have it repaired.
this is the worst service i have got in my Life and i can guarantee i will never buy from this store again because the just employ anyone!!! customer satisfaction!
