I complained about the Canal Walk manager that makes customers a where you know what price you saw and does his own price fixing and so Donovan mails me and I think a lady named Liesl called me apologizing as they ALWAYS do and promising points on my smart shopper card for the wrong price and inconvenience but that seems to have been just sweet talk as there is no points put on the card! I phoned yesterday to hear points balance!! Keep your points! I'd rather take this to the newspaper for sloppy service and making customers liars and illiterate!! Canal Walk is already under light in the papers!!!
