I recently visited the store enquiring about a laptop and dstv which I intend purchasing soon. Mr Govender was extremely patient with me (bearing in mind that I am technologically disadvantaged! Lol), answered all my questions efficiently and professionally; he was friendly and polite and did not make me feel as if my non-sale query was insignificant or wasting his time. I am now familiar with various brand names & products on the market, so much so that I can now make a choice of the product I will be purchasing from HIFI CORP witbank.
