Incompetent installation of HIFI CORP DSTV

The sub contractor of HIFI CORP installing DSTV packages are extremely incompetent in everything they do from using a telephone to using a drilling machine.
I asked them to leave as they were busy destroying my house and I have not received my LNB for the PVR function as yet.

I have not yet seen the level of incompetence which these guys has shown!!! Truly amazing.

How can HIFI CORPORATION use services like this???
