I bought a laptop from Incredible connection and popped into Hifi Corp (next door) to buy a wireless mouse. Salesman Bongi came over to assist me. He asked me what was I going to use the mouse for, and a discussion started that I just bought a laptop a few minutes ago. Bongi then showed me the laptops hifi corp has on promotion and that I could get a better deal that the one I just bought, So I went to Incredible, returned the laptop and took the deal Bongi offered. I also bought the mouse and a laptop bag which he advised, so from intending to spend R200 - I walked out a happy customer having spent R5300. All due to Bongi taking the time to ask a few questions and take an interest in the customer.
