Hi aiden contact 0741018163 .walked into furniture city galleria on sunday 14 july my wife and I saw a Milano 3 piece lounge suit, spoke to the consultant was told it was available in black and brown and was R9700.00 I ask if I could pay he said I would have to go to the branch at abour crossing to pay I said I would pick it up tomorrow .went to the branch on Monday 15 I said I would like the Milano 3 piece the salesmen asked for R10000.00 I said the guy said it was R9700.00 he said ok.when he checked on the system he said there was no stock on black or brown .he said the brown had a 3 seater an a 1 seater, and black had only 2 seater.he checked with the manager manager explained it was discontinued and could not get it, I was unaware it was discontinued, I asked him if he could do 2 3 seater he said for R10700.00 I went there with only R9700 .and wanted the black not the brown.there was no sinage on the item to say clearance. I just wanted to purchase the item I saw but left very unhappy and disappointed. The salesmen did get back to me later to confirm that he could not get anything for me. I am very disappointed in my experience at furniture city
