In November of 2011, I bought 4 piece a Black Celeste Lounge Suite at Ellerines in Birch Acres Mall in Tembisa for the price of R18 000.

When the lounge suit was delivered at my place, it wasn't wrapped and didn't look like the one I saw in store. The lounge suit had too many damages, i.e. scratches, tearing and now, they look damaged. They said it is genuine leather but within a month, they were tearing. I went back to the furniture shop to complain about the faulty goods. The sales assistant and the area manager of Ellerines they promised to send someone to check the goods

I have been going to the branch to follow up, but even today, nothing has happened and I am currently paying monthly installments and insurance faulty goods.

It has been 1 year 6 months and I am still waiting. The branch manager (Shirley) once told me that the people they hired to come and collect the goods were using a car (I don't see how that is my problem). The sales assistant (Vuyo) and the manager have been so rude, not even interested in assisting me.

I bought the lounge suit as I loved it but now its a nightmare as they are damaged.
