BAD SERVICE

I bought a DSTV decoder two weeks ago, and they told me they going to come install it within three days time, I have been contacting them since last week, and visited the store again.

But up until today they didn't get back to me yet.

This is very irritating because, they said they will come install the decoder for me and I'm still waiting.

PLEASE I NEED SOME FEEDBACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OR ELSE I WILL RETURN THE DECOR.
