My HD pvr decoder was struck by lightning on the 3rd of February. I have the dstv incurane. On the 6th of February i took the decoder in for repairs. The decoder came back on the 13th of Febrauary but still not working. I then took the decoder back on the 14th of February where the service assistant said i should do a green screen master reset. II tried it at home but it was unsuccessful. I then again took the decoder back to dstv on the 18th of February for repair it to date has been 9 working days and the decoder has not been repaired and returned. Am i correct if i say the policy says repairs will be done within 7 working days
